3. Ordering and Delivery in Bangladesh

Orders placed through FreshGuide Crafts are currently processed and shipped within Bangladesh. We make every effort to deliver your creative supplies promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location outside the immediate Dhaka region. We are not liable for any delays caused by external courier services.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed in full before the dispatch of DIY kits or materials. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your quality supplies. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Due to the delicate nature of certain craft materials and specialty papers, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used supplies.
